Noah Reyes: Under Construction was an installation investigating constructed environments and the embedded labor within them. Drawing from a background in construction, Reyes, through large-scale installations, and paintings, experimented with the presentation of works through a custom built structure that responds to the gallery’s architecture. Under Construction challenges the understanding of the gallery space and allows for new approaches in the artist’s practice.
